"This is hands down the best spa in Youngstown. The space feels safe, accepting, and relaxing. It is uniquely beautiful, with an artistic California vibe. Mallori and Ellie are welcoming, educated, and highly skilled estheticians who seem to be always refining their craft.
Words can not express how thankful I am for finding Mallori and her skilled hands with permanent makeup! In the past, I had blonde eyebrows that could never be well defined without looking tacky. When I consulted with Mallori, instead of recommending microblading, she recommended doing powder brows, which is a blended and more natural looking permanent makeup brow. Wow, was I ever blown away with how beautiful the powder brows came out! A year later and the eyebrows still look so natural and symmetrical. I get so many compliments on them!
After a recent melanoma scare, Mallori and Ellie set me up with some high-quality SPF products, including Tizo and some SPF makeup from Colorscience. Mallori explained all the ingredients to me and what they actually do to protect my skin even better than the typical drugstore brands; she is obviously passionate and invested in her clients' skincare and skin health.
I had the best facial of my life at Beauty Rituals. Ellie made me so comfortable, asked me in-depth questions about my skincare routine, and explained her products in depth. Her hands provided the perfect pressure for dermaplaning and for a face massage. Afterward, my skin felt the softest it's ever been and looked so dewy, healthy and bright! Ellie also did my eyelash tinting, and they turned out beautiful. It was so convenient as a busy mom to not have to apply mascara for a few weeks!
This is a safe space to invest in your beauty, self care, and skin health. I love Mallori and Ellie because they are truthful but compassionate extremely knowledgeable in their products' ingredients, and how they interact with your skin. I lovingly call them my skin therapists because they listen and are interested in YOU as a person. They truly want what's best for you and your skin. Those kinds of estheticians are hard to come by!
I will continually recommend Beauty Rituals to all my friends for facials, skincare advice, skin products, permanent makeup (especially the powder brows), and their cryo for slimming! Their team is top-notch. I truly believe people would travel from far away to come to this spa if they knew about it. You 100% won't regret it!"
