Beauty Rituals is excited to be your home for all things BEAUTY whether you are online shopper or a in-spa regular!
All services and treatments are by appointment only, and the time allocated for your appointment is reserved especially for you.
Nobody likes to be strict, but sometimes we have to be. In order to keep the lights on and appointments available for those who need them, the spa policies listed below are in effect and will be adhered to for everyone.
Failing to cancel an appointment means unscheduled downtime (nobody likes to be let down), causing an unfair ripple effect on our other clients and business, negatively impacting our opportunity to serve others to the highest extent that we aim for.
Your appointments are very important to us. We do understand that sometimes appointment changes are necessary.
We ask for your cooperation and respect in honoring our 24-Hour Cancellation Policy so that everyone can have healthy skin and beauty by Beauty Rituals Skincare.

No Show Appointments
Failure to call, email or no-show for appointments will result in a 100% charge for reserved treatments.
Cancellation/Late Policy
Thank you for your consideration of Beauty Rituals Skincare by Mallori's 24-hour cancellation policy, which applies to all appointments. Scheduled treatment times are reserved especially for you. Please note that a late arrival will determine the length of your treatment. All treatments will end on scheduled time so as to be courteous to the next guest. Thank you for your kind consideration of this matter. This policy not only protects our business but also ensures fair treatment to all our clients. If you are 10+ minutes late for your appointment, we might have to cancel, reschedule, or adjust your service(s) to fit the remaining time. If we adjust, cancel or reschedule your service, you will be charged the full cost of the service(s).
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking including gift card and certificate appointments. Changes/cancellations made with 24-hour advance notice are no charge. Changes/cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of each service. “No call/no show" will be charged 100% of the service balance.

Booking policy
Services are by appointment only. Day, evening and *Saturday appointments are available. Booking is on a first-come-first-served basis. If you have contacted us during non-business hours, we will contact you on the next business day. *Saturday appointments require a 50% deposit to hold.

​Returns
All products unopened may be returned within 15 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be applied as well.

Third Parties that Help Provide the Messaging Service: We will not share your opt-in to an SMS short code campaign with a third party for purposes unrelated to supporting you in connection with that campaign. We may share your Personal Data with third parties that help us provide the messaging service, including, but not limited to, platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
Additional Disclosures: Affiliates: We may disclose the Personal Data to our affiliates or subsidiaries; however, if we do so, their use and disclosure of your Personal Data will be subject to this Policy. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
