All services and treatments are by appointment only, and the time allocated for your appointment is reserved especially for you.
Nobody likes to be strict, but sometimes we have to be. In order to keep the lights on and appointments available for those who need them, the spa policies listed below are in effect and will be adhered to for everyone.
Failing to cancel an appointment means unscheduled downtime (nobody likes to be let down), causing an unfair ripple effect on our other clients and business, negatively impacting our opportunity to serve others to the highest extent that we aim for.
Your appointments are very important to us. We do understand that sometimes appointment changes are necessary.

No Show Appointments
No shows will forfeit all future appointments and not be rescheduled unless the appointment is paid in full. The current credit card needs to be on file.
Thank you for your consideration of Beauty Rituals Skincare by Mallori's 24-hour cancellation policy, which applies to all appointments. Scheduled treatment times are reserved especially for you. No-shows and last-minute cancellations affect our affordability, and other clients are unable to book that time slot. This policy not only protects our business but also ensures fair treatment to all our clients.
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking including gift card and certificate appointments. Changes/cancellations made with 24-hour advance notice are no charge. Changes/cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of each service. “No call/no show" will be charged 100% of the service balance.
We respect your time and understand that schedules change. Please book carefully.
Services are by appointment only. Day, evening and *Saturday appointments are available. Booking is on a first-come-first-served basis. If you have contacted us during non-business hours, we will contact you on the next business day. *Saturday appointments require a 50% deposit to hold.
All products unopened may be returned within 15 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be applied as well.
